Real Estate Division

The Real Estate Division specializes in recruiting executive level personnel for a national clientele comprised of companies engaged in the development, construction, leasing, finance, and management of income producing properties (i.e. office buildings, residential properties, shopping centers, hotels and resorts, industrial parks, etc.). 

Clients served include:  Developers, Property Managers, REITS, Real Estate Investors and Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, etc.

Positions filled include:  Middle and senior level staff positions, in all functional areas including development, property management, asset management, finance, accounting, leasing, marketing and sales, etc.

Construction Division

The Construction Division specializes in recruiting executive, senior, and mid level personnel for a national clientele of large General Contractors ranging from $50 Million to $14 Billion per year in revenue. 

Clients served include:  General Contractors or Construction Management firms that focus in hi-rise and mid-rise office and residential, industrial and retail warehousing, hospitals, medical office buildings, prisons, multi-family housing, military housing, casinos, universities, K-12 schools, stadiums, hotels, retail strip centers, malls, mixed-use developments, parking structures, highway and bridge construction, and more.  CCG also has resources dedicated to the related sub-trades (electrical and mechanical).

Positions filled include: Vice President/President and C-level executives, Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project managers, Chief/Senior Estimators, General/Senior Superintendents, as well as Project/Field Engineers.
